Donahue purchased his winning $1 million ticket at Callaway Food Mart in Panama City. Donahue first thought he won $800,000 with the Power Play multiplier, but when he called the Pensacola District Office, they explained that a 5-of-5 winner who adds Power Play automatically wins $1 million.
